Producer Heatwave Interactive
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED
Overview
A Producer is responsible for turning a game design into a playable game for people to enjoy. He or she must enable the development team to create a product that is of a very high quality level and will act as a catalyst that takes standard functional aspects of the game ? first pass implementations made by various departments within the development team ? and turns them into top quality, world-class playable features that end users will be thoroughly impressed with. In order to do this, a producer must act as the ?glue? between departments, harness the development team?s inherent talent, keep focused on the desired game quality and deliver great results within the time constraints of the project?s schedule. A producer is a natural problem solver; a leader able to inspire others to be better than they thought they could be; and will possess a keen ability to focus on achieving the desired fun and quality expected of a AAA title today.
