About the Job:
We're looking for a Producer to join the Twilio design team. You're part task master, part traffic cop, and part merciless planner. You'll plan and budget the throughput of all digital & print collateral produced in the marketing organization, ranging from scoping new web work for twilio.com, down through scoping and planning physical print work for our annual developer conference Twiliocon, to organizing & planning digital work for email campaigns and internal projects.
You'll monitor project progress and contribute to optimizing the marketing production pipeline to get rid of waste. You love planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and you see chaos as an opportunity to make beautiful, beautiful process.
Develop and oversee all production traffic activities for print and web-based projects.
Work closely with Design team members to orchestrate projects to meet needs of internal stakeholders.
Manage print production budgets and schedules.
Manage vendor activities including preparing estimates, evaluating bids and awarding projects to ensure the highest quality and best overall value and turn-around time.
Manage all communications with internal stakeholders and liaison with external suppliers to gain approvals and meet or exceed expectations for delivery timing, quality and costs.
Develop best practices and continuous improvement to gain production efficiencies across all project phases.
Flawless project management. Effective management of multiple, concurrent projects against aggressive timelines without compromising accuracy or quality.
Experience managing teams that are responsible for execution of production schedule components.
Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills. Clearly able to communicate project plans, status, issues, risks and requirements to relevant audiences.
Strong knowledge of print production.
Reputation for managing stress appropriately; ability to make sound decisions under stress.
Excellent Excel and budget skills.
BA in design, management, business or related field.
