Key Responsibilities for the Position

• Manages the direction and execution of a video project from creative development through post-production, to ensure that the production is completed on time and on budget.
• Hires and works with local and remote crews and producers to execute on physical productions, and manages those production on-set, as needed.
• Works with post-production team to ensure that a project's vision is represented in the final work.
• Assists with project tracking and overall project management.

Skills & Experience Required

• 3-5 years of experience managing end-to-end productions
• Understanding of the technical aspects of production, including cinematography, lighting, directing and post-production
• Ability to effectively manage a production set and crew across multiple, simultaneous productions
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills

Preferred But Not Required

• Experience in online video
• Experience working with creative agencies and/or brand partners
• Proficiency with Final Cut Pro
