Overview:
Responsible for set up and maintenance of all Qpay Products following prescribed guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure accurate initial set up and maintenance of all product sets in Qpay system during their respective life cycles (including special product rates)
Establish and maintain relationship with colleagues, other departments and Qpay Product Vendors
Ensure proper notification of Product Updates ? company wide
Research product requests made by Marketing Team and provide response within suitable time frame
Maintain accurate Product Report
Approve decisions, requests on behalf of senior people in their absence, according to agreed guidelines and policies
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures
Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role
Assist Master Agent Associate in duties including but not limited to:
- Acquiring/Distributing Proper Paperwork for Execution of Master Agent Contract
- Associating Products to Relevant Master Agent programs-
- Maintain and Update Master Agent Compensation Structures
- Maintain Master Agent Contract Files with proper documentation
- Consider the needs of Master Agents when executing Product Admin duties (primarily product and product set management)
Qualifications:
Fluency in English is a must
Advanced Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Must possess decision-making, analytical and time management skills
Ability to answer a phone system
Knowledge of business office etiquette and equipment
High levels of written communication skills using excellent grammar creating documents that are clear, concise, and thorough
Well-developed planning, organizational, and extensive follow-up skills are a must
Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
Ability to multi-task, including juggling and prioritizing numerous contracts and issues at the same time
Attend training meetings and session and interacting professionally with peers and managers
Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment under pressure
Ability to handle and keep up with constant changes to products, policies, procedures and people
Excellent conflict resolution skills in fast paced office environment
Previous experience in a similar position and environment
Fluency in one of the following languages is highly desirable: Spanish or Korean
