To help support our amazing growth, we are seeking Product Advocates to conduct product demonstrations with our customers during their sales evaluation of our mobile device management (MDM) solution.
In this role, you will
Work directly with the customer?s IT management to present our MaaS360 solutions
Collaborate with our research and development organization to improve our product by providing feedback on customer needs and requirements.
Help our sales organization to achieve successful customer engagements.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate technical proficiency and possess top-notch communication skills. You must have a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment while playing the critical role of being the face of our company to our customers.

? 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, IT support, Sales Engineering, or Technical Professional Services
? Must possess experience conducting presentations and/or demonstrations
? Strong hands-on experience with smartphones, tablets, and laptops in a business environment a plus
? 2 or 4 year degree in Information Technology or equivalent field is desired
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Technical Skills Required:
Platform/Operating System knowledge of Windows (XP, 7 and Mobile), MAC, iOS, Android, and/or Blackberry
Understanding of Microsoft Exchange and/or ActiveSync
Operations/Support Skills Required:
Previous experience in a customer facing role
Ability to lead technical customer engagements via the phone, online webinars, and email
The passion and ability to educate and train our customers on our MDM solution
The design and communication skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions
Ability to test and troubleshoot with internal development and engineers
Project management experience working on multiple simultaneous technical deployments
