Job Description:
This hourly position is for an entry level intern who will be engaged in a number of tasks related to the development of new functionality and the maintenance of existing functionality. This includes, but is not limited to assisting in the development of written information about the organization's computing systems that aid in their development, use and support. Outputs will include a range of documents to be read by both technical and non-technical personnel across the organization in all departments and customers.
Essential Functions in Coordination with Director, Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior
Technical Writer:
Edit a range of documents, including user guides and manuals, technical specifications and training materials for both print and online media in support of the Greenway product lines.
Review and insure that all technical documents meet established corporate documentation standards.
Assist Business Analysts with tasks related to their jobs including attending meetings as a note taker, compiling and publishing meeting notes, assisting with scheduling of meetings and other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
Must be currently enrolled in a university or college program working toward a degree in Business Management or MIS field preferred.
Windows Operating Systems knowledge required
Microsoft Word and Excel required, PowerPoint and Visio experience is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

High level of integrity.
Flexible & adaptable.
Medical office experience is a plus.
