As a Product Analyst, you will interface with business and technical teams throughout the end-to-end product development & delivery process. This includes the following responsibilities:
Work with product and business teams to listen intently to users, analyze data feeds, and uncover new market opportunities; develop new product offerings and enhancements to address them
Work with Product Managers to craft a strategic roadmap, prioritizing opportunities and needs relative to strategy and bandwidth
Create content to articulate your product's compelling value proposition, building the necessary collateral to support sales efforts (product demos, videos, etc.)
Gather and analyze user stories from customer conversations and distill them into clear designs / requirements for the engineering team.
Collaborate with engineering teams on product release cycles within an agile framework, making tactical scoping, prioritization and design decisions under aggressive timelines
Work with the implementation teams to manage a seamless product hand-off for customer projects and implementations
Required Skills & Experience:
BA/BS degree in a quantitative field: Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering or related area
Strong problem solving skills with careful attention to details, including the ability to work with team members to frame problems and drive towards implementing solutions that meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills; ability to formulate and communicate processes, findings, and recommendations
Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with financial and statistical models
Ability to work in a cross functional environment with both technical and business teams
Ability to work on multiple priority projects and shift priorities as needed
