Product Analyst Peopleclick
This position requires a combination of analytical and communication skills to monitor and analyze the results of our roadmap decisions. The analyst provides a continual analysis and follow-up on the effectiveness of the product and is able to calculate the total cost to the organization for that particular product throughout its lifecycle. Accounting for research and development, marketing and sales costs, this position will need to work cross functionally and be able to communicate succinctly to leadership about large amounts of data. Remaining abreast of current learning management processes to ensure the Company?s products remain marketable and competitive is essential.
? Create and maintain complex spreadsheets and databases containing product development information by using Excel and/or Access.
? Monitor and analyze product results post launch
? Provide continual analysis and follow-up on roadmap decisions and product performance.
? Perform analysis of product information and produce various reports as determined by product development management.
? Serving as a liaison between the product development department and other departments to effectively implement system changes that are directly related to product development.
? Assist in the strategy definition related to target product
? Provide total cost of product through all stages of the product lifecycle. Including properly accounting for the research and development, marketing and sales costs.
? Ability to work with a large volume of data to assist in the analyst and decision making process. Formulate data and compile information into a format that is conducive to decision making.
? Proven experience identifying target markets and completing analytics for performance in these markets
? Compile information regarding the assigned product and how is it performing in the marketplace from a sales results and customer response
? Assess and evaluate the product lifecycle by analyzing data such as support and operations log.
? Present findings to product management leadership team to enable decision making and product effectiveness
? Ability to work through case studies in relation to maker data, pipeline data, and financial/sales data as part of the analytics is critical.
? Develop expert level knowledge of business application and sales enablement
? Makes product recommendations based on business analysis
? Recommend and implement improvements to processes
? Bachelors degree in related field
? 3-5 years of experience in product management analytics
? Strong analytical skills and the ability to present finding to multiple audiences
? Working knowledge of learning management principals
? Effective written and verbal communications
? Strong presentation skills and Powerpoint capabilities
? Ability to function in a team environment
