Opportunity: Product Configuration Specialist
We are seeking two talented and energetic Product Configuration Specialists to join our team. The Specialists will work with clients to execute new initiatives within the hospital, leveraging GetWellNetwork?s web-based tools for configuring the GetWell application. Responsibilities include guiding the client through the project while configuring innovative web-based content. This role provides an excellent opportunity to have immediate impact while providing the longer term potential to grow with the company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with proven web design and communication skills with a passion for making a difference.
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the development of content leveraging GetWell configuration tools
Coordinate with internal and external clients to gather requirements and confirm project objectives and priorities.
Manage the ?look and feel? of client sites and suggest improvements based upon research and best practices.
Configure content for client sites; leveraging knowledge of layout tools, information architecture, web technology, and content management to ensure a quality experience.
Provide feedback on potential product enhancements.
Required Skills
Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated customer service skills including presentations, written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated work ethic, level of trust and dedication to delivering quality work that consistently exceeds expectations.
Required Experience
Bachelor?s Degree with 1+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint. Knowledge of jQuery and HTML5 a plus but not required.
Must be project-oriented, energetic, positive, passionate, patient, dependable, and good at multi-tasking.
