About the Job:
We are looking for a Product Designer to join the User Experience team working on Twilio?s customer facing web applications. This includes owning interaction design, prototyping, style guides and visual assets for our web applications.
At Twilio, developers are our customers and your mandate is to focus on their needs and make them successful from first sign all the way until they?re power users operating in data-rich environments. To do this, you will need to develop deep understanding of the customer problem and work closely with Product and Engineering teams in brainstorming, specifying and building the experiences.
Design interaction flows, wireframes, mockups, style guides, and assets for our web applications.
Drive and own user experience decisions through user research, customer development, and iterative feedback loops.
Build prototypes in HTML/CSS and work with front end engineers to engineer and deploy.
Work closely with and across a teams of engineers, product managers and fellow designers.
Rapidly iterate on design prototypes and working applications.
User centric approach to design.
Hands on. Passionate. Persistent.
Experience with customer facing web applications. Experience as a developer and developer products a plus.
4+ years experience in UX design.
Bachelor's degree in design-related discipline (preferred, but not required).
