Requirements
Guide cross-functional Core Teams in execution against multiple product roadmaps. Facilitates solution design and leads requirements specification for process/system solutions. Accountable for on-scope, on-schedule, on-budget product/product feature rollouts. Manages project schedule, issues and risks logs.
?Cross functional team management skills/experience.
?Experienced in facilitating solution design and capturing requirements for support processes and system solutions.
?Project management skills/experience.
?Experienced and knowledgeable with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
?Experienced in managing simultaneous product development initiatives across multiple product lines, including development of new products, product features and product-specific process improvements
?Executive level presentation experience.
?Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project)
Min Required Skills:
?At least 5 years of telecommunications experience, including strong Voice, IP or data product background.
?Bachelor?s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
?No more than 2 years of experience in Product Development.
