Remedy Informatics is seeking an innovative Global Product Manager to develop and bring to market a suite of leading edge Accountable Care Organization informatics products.These products will track patient outcomes, enable translational research, and support reporting. Our successful candidate will be a creative, high-energy Healthcare and Life Science entrepreneur with deep knowledge of the ACO domain, an extensive professional network of both researchers and clinicians and the requisite communication skills to speak effectively to anyone in the industry. Acting as the ?General Manager,?this is the opportunity to build your own business incubated with technological, marketing and sales resources of the leader in registry-based applications for Healthcare and Life Science. Compensation will include a competitive base salary, an incentive bonus based on the commercial success of the product line, stock options and full healthcare coverage. Build global Remedy Informatics ACO products business
Develop business stragegy for ACO product portfolio
Lead product development and commercialization activities for this new product line
Oversee product marketing including inbound and outbound strategies
Define multi-generational product roadmap for a suite of ACO research and reporting products built on Remedy Informatic?s Mosaic Platform
Drive product portfolio to meet the needs of the market. Work closely with customers to distill innovative long-term product roadmaps, requirements, and business plans to address specific market needs
Lead product development activities and coordinate product readiness activities across a multi-functional organization, including marketing, sales, training, development, and services teams. Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
Conduct market research to assess market size, segment the market, map competitive landscape, and identify global opportunities for growth. Demonstrate mastery of unmet market needs, key industry standards, and reporting requirements
Collaborate with corporate sales and marketing teams to incorporate market feedback into product plans and requirements
Drive product adoption and growth by identifying key market segments and then developing product marketing collateral and messaging that resonate with unmet customer needs
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s degree in Science or Engineering
Advanced degree in Medicine (MD, RN) Biological sciences (MS, PhD), or related background as a ACO professional
Experience in ACO research with publications
Deep knowledge of the challenges of data management, analysis and reporting in the ACO domain
Product management expertise desirable but not required
Able to work across multiple functions and organization levels
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical information in an easy to understand manner
Up to 30% travel
