Duties:Duties include:
Strong engineering background in product development (concept to production)
Strong interpersonal skills, Strong communications skills (especially writing), Self initiative
Strong organizational skills
Previous experience as a Supplier Quality Engineer is a big plus.
Coach/Train ? Engineers with organizational materials, on-boarding, mentoring, process driven.
Qualifications:The successful candidate must have the following:
? Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering or related field
? 3+ years of experience providing engineering solutions on large, complex projects in any of the
? Skills Required: Pro/E, FMEA, GD&T, Microsoft office
? Experience Required: Pneumatics, Heavy equipment, Manufacturing, Routing, Hydraulics, Analysis, Sheet Metal, Engine, BOM, Air/exhaust systems, DFMEA, DFMA, Chassis, APQP, Wiring, Casting
?Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to converse on technical matters where there are differences of opinion in calm and collaborative way while being clear and concise
?Excellent work ethic
