We currently have the need for a Product Fulfillment Associate for our San Francisco office. In this role you will be working closely with the Product Fulfillment Manager to setup and support all LoopLink clients. You will be responsible for but not limited to consulting with new LoopLink clients on setup requirements, steps to implement, and timing expectations; supporting LoopLink clients with initial setup communication and technical trouble shooting; assist with building new LoopLinks, coding the sites; and creating backlinks; follow up with clients to answer questions and ultimately succeed in product integration; help manage records and weekly reports using Excel, CRM, internal production systems; gather and track client feedback for product enhancements; account research and tracking utilizing a variety of tools including client management software, Excel and the Internet; and other miscellaneous projects to support Member Services Operations and Sales Teams, as required.The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to understand technical processes from beginning to end
Interest to learn HTML and technical development skills; experience with Microsoft Office and the Internet
Process client and internal requests with a sense of urgency and tenacity
Detail and service oriented, with an ability to recognize and resolve potential data anomalies or inconsistencies
Highly organized and able to multi-task within a fast paced environment
Ability to work as a team player yet be self motivated and work independently, with demonstrated ability to manage own time and meet deadlines
Flexibility and tolerance to adapt to evolving processes in a dynamic work environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio preferred
BA/BS degree preferred
