ABOUT THE POSITION
The Product Liaison is vital to the overall success of Global Support and will be part of the Global Support Governance team. Success in this role hinges on the candidate having strong leadership, a passion for technology and support, and selfless desire to help others be successful.
You will be part of a group assigned to specific functional groups as defined by our ExactTarget product teams (Social and Mobile for example). The goal of this position will be to ensure the successful support of your functional groups products. This success may be garnered through enablement, communication, process definition, and resources & tools that are developed in collaboration with other groups which are made available for Global Support analysts to assist clients. This role will be highly visible within ExactTarget and will liaise with other departments to assist with consistency of knowledge and practice.
?Possess and maintain ExactTarget product knowledge
?Take point and collaborate on cross-functional teams, being the voice for Global Support
?Development of process and procedures that scale for a global organization
?Facilitation of resources for Global Support analysts including documentation and tools
?Identify trends impacting clients to provide to product teams
?Solving complex business problems
Requirements?Bachelor?s degree required or equivalent experience
?2-3 years of ExactTarget application experience
?Proficient in systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, or MySql
?Deep understanding of API?s SOAP Web Services / XML / REST
?Excellent communication skills ? written, verbal, and presentation
?Other SAAS application experience (Salesforce, MSCRM) preferred
