Product Management Leader Plastic Jungle

Position Summary

The Product Management Leader will be responsible for understanding business and customer needs, developing and driving a product roadmap and specifications, and tracking success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Drive overall success of the product by working closely with engineering, marketing, operations and finance
Create and manage A/B tests that drive product features
Plan and drive a product roadmap
Work closely with development and UI teams to execute product vision
Establish world class product management processes
Own business success of product features

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of product experience at a large scale consumer web or payments company
Passion for building a great user experience while driving business results
Ability to formulate and champion long term strategic product vision
Ability to work in cross-team environments managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Aptitude in using data and quantitative driven approaches to support business decision making
Strong communication, analytic and presentation skills
Desire to work in a fast-paced start up environment with aggressive growth plans

Desired skills:
Technical undergraduate degree
Prior startup experience
Experience authoring UI /UX specifications
Experience leading a Agile development process
Finance, operations or payments analyst experience
