The Product Manager will play a significant role in the strategic direction, product design, and commercialization of Knowlagent's next generation call center technologies. S/he will work closely with Engineering, Customer Operations, Marketing and Sales to prioritize product enhancements, develop product requirements, manage the product roadmap, and manage the delivery of committed product features. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the challenges of the role.
? Identify new product and product enhancement opportunities.
? Develop product requirements based on input from customers, internal groups, competitive analysis, and market analysis
? Contribute to the design of the overall user experience of all Knowlagent products.
? Manage the systems to collect user experience data, analyze the data, and develop product enhancements to improve customer value creation and user experience.
? Work closely with Engineering and Operations to commercialize new products and releases.
? Measure the success of each feature in terms of overall adoption and customer value created.
? Strong sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end product lifecycle with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development, and launch.
? Superior communication and teamwork skills.
? Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
? Extremely well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Proven quantitative, analytical, and technical skills.
? Excellent track record of setting and achieving goals.
Required Experience & Education:
? Minimum of Bachelors? Degree in a technical field or relevant post graduate experience; MBA preferred.
? Minimum seven (7) plus years of relevant work experience.
? 3-5 years of web-based (SaaS) software Product Management experience.
? Experience managing aggressive and dynamic projects, with competing resources and priorities.
? Proficiency with web based applications.
