Flurry is looking for a Product Manager who will guide, nurture and lead the development of products that empower mobile app developers and marketers to profitably run their business. You will work closely with Engineering, Marketing and Sales ? as well as customers ? to compile product requirements, manage the product roadmap, manage the delivery of product features, and assess impact. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working with a fast-paced team, is excited by the challenges of this role, and wants to make his/her mark in this incredibly dynamic market.
Responsibilities:
Conduct competitive analysis and manage consumer relations to determine market needs
Define new feature and requirements, priorities.
Own the product roadmap
Work closely with engineering to ensure timely and appropriate delivery
Prepare wireframes to define user interfaces
Coordinate product interface designs with graphic designers
Organize and facilitate the on-line user community
Determine metrics and assess the success of new features in terms of usage, revenue per, and ROI
Qualifications:
3+ years as a product manager in software development
Experience in managing aggressive projects, with competing resources and time-sensitive priorities
Strong sense of accountability and ownership for end-to-end product lifecycle
Quantitative, analytic, and technical skills
Superior communication and teamwork skills
Extremely well organized and able to balance multiple projects
Desirable: Experience in the mobile or web advertising industry
