Roles and Responsibilities? Drive growth and engagement of Games app on Facebook
? Define requirements, drive customer experience projects, and work with all relevant cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation
? Coordinate between business stakeholders, product development, marketing and other personnel and groups to ensure that business objectives are met by deliverables
? Provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data and user behavior analyses
? Communicate product releases and implementation plans to all key stakeholders
? Continually assess competitive sets, emerging technology, and userbase
? Monitor traffic, unique visitors, consumption, referrers and other metrics, and develop growth plans
Requirements
? BSCS or BSBA or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years delivering products in games, consumer web, social networks, or entertainment products
? Proven ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and influence effectively
? Experience with A/B and multivariate testing
? Experience with Viral marketing and analytics
? Excellent data analysis skills
? Experience creating wireframes for feature development
? Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
? Performance-driven self-starter and team player
? Outstanding written and oral communication skills
