Product Manager Quickparts
The Product Manager works with stakeholders to ensure the technology and business needs of 3D Systems are met. The position duties include:
Develop and implement business process improvements
Translate customer/clients needs into new features and new services
Work with customers to identify, validate, generate enhancements & defects
Gather, analyze, define, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications which detail the approach to address and resolve the business needs
Document process and manage control procedures, system requirements, and interactions based on assigned statements of work
Lead diverse team of IT personnel to implement improvements
Lead iteration planning of Product Managers, QA and Software Developers as needed
Manage multiple large, complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Develop Statements of Work to define business and functional requirements and further define project risks
Communicate with QA team to ensure high-quality maintenance releases
Ability to perform hands-on testing based on written test plans, test cases, and end-user needs as needed
Ability to perform black-box and ad hoc testing on new and existing product features as needed
Position Expectations:
To perform the job successfully, an individual is expected to:
Possess excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills
Drive enhancements for 3D Systems modules: CRM, Ecommerce, User Experience, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management
Document 3D Systems features, and procedures to drive continuous improvement
Provide status reports on project timelines and deliverables to VP, Product Management as requested
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and to resolve scheduling and other conflicts in order to meet all deadlines
Positive, optimistic attitude, with ability to work a flexible schedule
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years? related experience
Bachelor?s degree and one to two years related experience and/or training
Proven oral, written, analytical and quantitative skills
Prior project management experience and experience with manufacturing, sourcing, or e-commerce
