Product Manager Antenna Software

Position Description:
The selected candidate for this position will be accountable as an individual contributor to a team of experienced product managers in creating cutting-edge, best-in-class web and wireless application solutions. He/she will take ownership of the product, taking responsibility for collecting and defining product requirements, creating and communicating roadmap plans, and working closely with the engineering organization to ensure a quality product deliverable.

The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, articulating the product vision, and working closely with architecture, engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

The Product Manager is expected to:

Define the product strategy and roadmap.
Deliver PRDs with prioritized features.
Work closely with architects, engineers and QA team to communicate requirements, size and scope deliverables, and manage timely, performant, quality releases.
Assess and approve viability of third party libraries for inclusion in the product.
Review documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy of explanations, usage, code samples and diagram.
Liaise with partners and customers to communicate roadmap updates.
Sponsor company-wide Transfers of Information to ensure new product features and roadmap updates are communicated. Specialised technical sessions will also be sponsored to deep dive into the technology.



Minimum Requirements:
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

The desired candidate will possess:

A minimum of ten (5) years of product background related to mobile and software applications

Experience of Mobile-Web, Internet-related software technologies:

o HTML, HTML5

o CSS, CSS3

o Javascript

o XML

o Web Architecture

o Messaging Systems

o Content Management Systems

o Experience in Mobile Internet ecosystems

Has consistently delivered high quality products with the required features and functionality on time and within budget

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Verifiable expertise in directing the entire lifecycle for enterprise-class software products

Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past

Prior experience working for a commercially successful, medium, rapid growth company

EDUCATION:

Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science or related technical/quantitative discipline (or equivalent) desired
