Job Description
Bullhorn needs an experienced Product Manager to support and extend our platform's integration capabilities and growing partner app ecosystem, the Bullhorn Marketplace, and to manage several new software modules.
Who you are:
You're fascinated by the possibilities unleashed by the spread of cloud-based services and hungry to work with the latest technologies involved like REST. You've already developed some product management chops, ideally involving standard web APIs, so you got all the rookie mistakes out of your system messing up some other company's code. You love getting down and dirty with engineering to build things right. After all, you can't be sloppy when what you're doing has to support over a billion transactions per month, not to mention helping hundreds of thousands of job seekers find a great job. Yet you're not a totally introverted software geek because you get energized by interacting with our partners whose success relies on your work. This isn't just technical navel-gazing because unlike most Barney-style "partner networks" ours is actually CRANKING: usage grew over 200% last year across more than 1,000 of our clients.
