Product Manager NaviMedix

The Product Manager plays a key role on advancing the NaviNet Open Platform. In this role you will be responsible for establishing / maintaining the roadmap for key applications in the Platform and working with development teams to execute upon the vision.
You will have / develop a strong understanding of both market and customer needs, and have experience collaborating with Engineering functions to define innovative and scalable solutions.
In this role you will also partner with internal NaviNet functions and external technology and content partners to accelerate ?goto market? and growth strategies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (in order to be considered for this position, the individual must be able to perform essential functions listed below):
Work with Product Marketing to incorporate market trends and direction into the product roadmap.
Collaborate with stakeholders to build business cases that justify investment in new product opportunities and enhancing ongoing product activities.
Drive product development strategy and articulate the vision via product roadmaps.
Partner with the relevant business analysts and development resources to implement the defined applications and/or integrate third party applications into the NaviNet infrastructure.
Work with relevant operations teams to ensure the implementation approach, cost/price methodology, support requirements, etc. to ensure the product?s success and profitability.
Analyze potential partner synergies for the product.
Continuously update stakeholders regarding ongoing product development.

Deliver industry thought leadership by speaking at industry and trade events
5+ years product management experience.
Familiarity with product management discipline.
Ability to cover full spectrum of strategic and tactical product management activities.
Strong technical, operational and healthcare domain knowledge.
Be a natural communicator; influence and mobilize in a cross-functional organization.
Relevant technical and industry/product domain expertise.
Be very comfortable with ambiguity and lack of clear definition.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, networking, presentation and negotiation skills.
