The Product Manager will take a leadership role in the continued development and evolution of software and network based services driving Aircell?s Business Aviation division. Through creation, and optimization, of key metrics, the product manager will grow the revenue streams built on top of Aircell?s market leading aviation products and network. The Product Manager will work with sales, customers and third-party partners to represent the market opportunities and evangelize these needs to the development team.

Create a service centric dashboard of KPI?s to constantly improve the P&L and overall customer satisfaction.
Act as the voice of the customer and market and represent the needs of the distribution channel throughout the Agile software development process.
Design, Develop and iterate mobile and telecommunications services.
Develop software and service related stories and product epics.
Identify and assess opportunities against business criteria, prioritizing those opportunities with internal stakeholders and external partners to build and maintain a product roadmap.
Manage products through product life-cycle, especially working as a driver for continuous improvement.
Evangelize product vision and value proposition throughout company and to partners
Bachelors in relevant area (or equivalent work experience), MBA preferred.
3+ years product management of services, especially network based, or similar experience.
Strong MS Office Skill (Visio, Word, Excel, Power Point).
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
Familiarity with online service models.
Experience in Agile / Lean development methodologies.
