Product Manager Silverlink Communications
The Product Manager will define and launch a new solution(s) that incorporate our best practices and expertise in
healthcare communications in a way that can be easily understood, communicated, and implemented by our
customers and internal sales and delivery teams. You will combine your knowledge of SaaS data products with a
creative product marketing aptitude! This role is poised to make an immediate impact on the Silverlink product and
solution portfolio.
This is a rare opportunity to work with a talented team of subject matter experts in healthcare communications to
define and launch new solution(s) that will help healthcare organizations succeed in light of the recent healthcare
reform legislation. More than ever before, health plans must define their brand and build loyalty with their members in

This new solution(s) will leverage the features of our proprietary SaaS technologies including ACUMEN
,
EngageME?, and/or other future technology initiatives. ACUMEN
is a multi-channel high performance campaignbased communication platform which includes rich automated voice applications, desktop/mobile web applications, EMail, SMS, and other communication channels. EngageME? is an engagement data management repository and
tools to help our customers provide an improved member experience.
A successful candidate is a self-starter who can work effectively across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
? Define solution based upon feedback from internal subject matter experts and external customers, including
the market problem, business case, solution roadmap, value proposition, differentiators, and pricing strategy
? Launch solution: develop positioning, prepare solution launch plans, create marketing collateral and sales tools
? Partner with Marketing team to create content for lead generation activities
? Conduct a competitive assessment of other solutions available in the market
? Define and prioritize product requirements for any required changes to our technologies based upon customer
use cases
? Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization (engineering, sales, marketing, and service delivery
teams, etc.).
Required Skills/Background/Experience:
! 4-6 years hands-on relevant work experience, with a focus on launching new products
! Experience managing and marketing SaaS products/solutions, particularly those that use or analyze data
! Experience in market assessment, gathering customer requirements, and competitive benchmarking
! Experience creating marketing materials and sales tools, including white papers, data sheets, and customer
presentations
! Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including Agile
! Must possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with different audiences ? executive, sales,
engineering, analysts, etc.
! Excellent written and presentation skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Additional Experience Considered a Plus:
! Healthcare experience, particularly in a small, fast-growth company, a plus.
! Has used JIRA has issue tracking and product management tool.
