POSITIONYou will play a key role in the development of our operational capabilities as well as defining our solution offering to our customer base. As the Business Systems Analyst/Product Manager, you will gain a deep insight into all aspects of the company, its operations and its customer base, enabling future growth into other strategic and more senior roles in the company. This role requires a keen analytical mind, initiative, an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work well in a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership and define the future direction of our REGEN product portfolio
Design the products by working with stakeholders to define themes, epics and user stories both with external stakeholders and internal Operations staff
Work with the software/firmware/hardware development team to turn the designs into reality
Ensure all development meets user requirements by developing and maintaining User Acceptance Criteria and Tests
Develop strategic and tactical plans for new products/solutions to facilitate entry into new energy markets
QUALIFICATIONS
Must excel at both strategic and tactical planning
Going beyond the call of duty is your norm
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Experience with Agile writing user stories
Minimum of 2 years doing business analysis/product management
Must be a goal-oriented self-starter
Must be able to consistently meet deadlines
Ability to manage many concurrent tasks
Project management expertise is a definite asset
Knowledge of the North American Electricity Market (wholesale, retail, incentive programs, rate structures) is an absolute must
