Job Summary:
As Product Manager, you be part of a highly motivate team focused on developing and improving products for our call centers. You will obsess about developing tools for agents that will enable them to serve our customers and achieve our business goals.
The primary responsibilities include developing a roadmap of applications for the call center agents that will help us achieve our business goals, writing requirements and working with engineering teams to get those products build. This position can be located in Vero Beach, Florida or Alpharetta, Georgia.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have experience with developing call center tools and will be very familiar with latest trends in call center space.
? Develop call center tools roadmap, using your industry knowledge and working closely with the call center, business and engineering teams
? Analyze call center operations and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
? Developed detailed requirements and work engineering team to get them implemented
? Have fun
Job Requirements /Qualifications:
? 3-5 years of consumer product management experience
? 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment
? High degree of creativity and innovation with demonstrated success launching new products
? Experience working in a fast paced environment
