Description:Passport Health Communications, Inc., a nationally recognized pioneer developing innovative solutions for the healthcare industry and one of Healthcare Informatics Top 100 Healthcare Companies, is seeking a Product Manager, Client Services.
The Product Manager will serve as the liaison pre and post implementation to ensure the proper statements requirements are communicated from the hospital client to applicable print vendor.
The Product Manager is responsible from proof to production and will have direct client-facing relationships with hospital clients and chosen print vendors as well as direct internal interaction with Implementation and Development team members.
Duties:Liaison pre / post implementation:
?Attend pre-implementation meetings with client to discuss statement requirements
?Attend pre-implementation meetings with print vendors to communicate scope of project
?Serve as the primary source of communication between hospital client and print vendor
?Work cohesively with Software Developers for data mapping purposes
?Maintain efficient data entry and tracking with CRM tool
?File formatting (tiff, jpeg, pdf, color saturation)
?Develop standard tracking method and implement automated process

?Print/Mail experience preferred
?5-7 years experience within a client-facing, project management role specific to requirements gathering and print vendor management
?Graphic experience preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
?Adobe Photoshop experience
?Excellent documentation and communication skills required
?Must be able to function in a complex, fast moving environment
?Superior communication skills, written and verbal, with all levels
?Proven project management experience
?Professional demeanor and presentation skills
