As Product Manager in the Veeva Vault, you will be joining a small team of A players as the junior member of the PM team and will be responsible for designing features that will provide rich user experience while maintaining a streamlined user interaction model. In addition to designing features, you will play a key role supporting the product management group by improving PM business practices to reflect our rapid growth and maturity as an organization.
Responsibilities:
Designing innovative product features for Vault based upon industry requirements
Authoring high quality design specifications within an agile methodology
Interacting with engineering team to drive product feature implementation
Working on a wide variety of tasks, common systems, and process improvement projects for the product management organization
Providing support to all areas of the organization including: Sales, QA, Development, Services
Requirements:
2+ years software application product management or consulting experience interacting with development and sales.
Technical skills to translate business requirements into terms that developers can understand
Good design sensibilities
Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment, with little direct supervision. You have to like the small company feeling
Strong communication skills: written, verbal and formal presentation
BS in science, engineering, or business administration
Nice to Have:
Experience with and understanding of life sciences companies
Experience with and understanding of content management platforms
Experience working on SaaS enterprise applications
