Product Manager - Cybercrime Solutions Merced Systems

The role involves communicating the value and capabilities of those solutions to the market, our clients and sales prospects. Additionally, the focus of this position is on detailed requirements gathering and understanding the existing and emerging needs of our Cybercrime clients. This will involve working directly with clients and services teams on understanding new requirements and working with the NICE Actimize technology teams to refine and prioritize those requirements into a release plan. This role will also be critical in shaping a strategy for the Cybercrime space as it takes shape over the next few years. The ideal candidate will have a software product management background, strong familiarity with the Malware, Device ID monitoring and Remote access business and platforms, a blend of business and technical know-how, as well as the ability to think strategically about our client?s needs within an overall product strategy.
The position will be located in New York City.
Responsibilities:
Driving the definition of product requirements including SLAs across teams and constituencies from discussions with end users, and direct collaboration with technical teams.
Defining and driving cloud service offerings.
Developing and prioritizing roadmap deliverables to support ongoing delivery of the products and the overall Cybercrime product strategy
Communication with program management on milestones and dependencies
Ownership of the product portfolio of business
Acting as a subject matter expert on Cybercrime prevention processes and systems
Support of the strategic product planning process in collaboration with company management
Support implementations and sales processes through regular meetings with project teams and presentations to clients and prospects
This position will require some travel (25%)
Qualifications:
Must Have:
7 + years of Product management experience in a software company
Subject matter expertise in Malware detection/Device ID monitoring and/or Remote access monitoring business and technologies
Mobile banking/cybercrime experience
Mobile industry and infrastructure knowledge
SaaS development and delivery experience
Experience in leading cross functional teams and driving collaboration
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Strong writing skills ? mainly technical but also business documents
Ability to thrive in a exciting, but fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team oriented environment
BS or BA degree or higher
Good to Have:
Experience working with an offshore development team
Startup experience
Technical or analytical background
