As a Product Manager for Email Deliverability, you will provide strong leadership in the development of Vocus? content delivery systems for email. Working with customers, engineering, marketing, sales and support, you will be responsible for product management activities, which include:
Championing the developing of innovative features, products and services inside and outside the organization
Research and analysis of external customer requirements
Requirements definition
Regular field communications such as product roadmap updates and sales support
Sales training
Enhancement request management
User experience design and optimizations
Competitive analysis
Development of business cases for product enhancements
Support the creation of technical content such as documentation, white papers and presentations
Work is non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical and business skills in a specialized product area. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of overall customer facing experience (Product Management, Consulting/System Integrators, Sales Support, Professional Services, Software Support, Senior IT or Senior Software Development) and 1+ years of product management experience.

The ideal candidate will also have some or all of the following additional qualifications:
Exposure to email marketing or email deliverability
Experience with designing products and services for email marketing
Knowledge of web technology including Web 2.0, AJAX, Web Services
