Summary of Responsibilities: Product Manager is responsible for establishing and executing the business plan, positioning, delivery, and maintenance of our Encompass Docs Solution.Primary Responsibilities & Objectives:
Serve as product owner of the Encompass Docs Solution, working with internal and external parties to ensure solution success
Maintain, communicate, and execute on the business plan, product requirements and positioning for the solution
Communicate with customers, prospects, business development, sales and marketing to understand / document business requirements and identify highest priority areas for future product investment
Manage product scope and deliverables for releases, including prioritization of enhancement requests submitted by customers and internal sources
Drive ?whole? product delivery across all functional teams including business, compliance, development, QA, support, training, marketing and documentation
Coordinate cross-functional teams in the prioritization, creation, and delivery of compliant and complete document packages
Review / evaluate deliverables on a continual basis to ensure that business requirements are being addressed
Research industry metrics, demographics, market share, trends and drivers
Assess competitors and their relative positioning within the market
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Minimum 4 years of product management / business analyst experience and/or managing or implementing back-end mortgage closing operations
Ability to analyze and clearly communicate business requirements as a key input to the product development process
Proven ability as an analytical and strategic thinker, as well as detail-oriented execution
Dynamic leadership and strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated as well as a strong team player
Experience with disclosure and closing systems, such as Encompass Closer, DocMagic, DocuTech, MRG, or IDS, as well as other loan origination systems that include docs, is a plus
Experience with the agile project management process is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering; MBA is a plus
