Product Manager iPipeline, Inc.
iPipeline is seeking a Product Manager to lead one or more of our growing product lines. This individual is highly motivated, creative, and extremely self driven. They need to be strategic business leaders and will own the success of their product lines. This is a fast paced job that will focus on leading products from idea inception through development, culminating in a successful product launch.Essential functions and tasks include:
Communicate product direction and priorities both internally and externally
Meet with customers for insight
Lead user group discussions
Lead the product enhancement process, including: collecting and tracking requests, lead the evaluation and decision process, and prioritize product enhancements
Lead the product release/launch process
Write business cases for new product concepts
Create mock-ups and prototypes to validate new product concepts
Develop user stories and market requirements
Maintain and communicate the product roadmap
Interacting closely with the development team to prioritize needs
Work with marketing to deliver content for website, press releases, and product announcements
Maintain the sales toolkit
Work with sales to build presentations, demos, and product positioning & differentiators
Perform competitive analysis
Track product success metrics, including revenue and user adoption
Required experience includes:
At least 5 years experience in product management
At least 5 years experience with SaaS solutions
Experience in Insurance or Financial Services is a plus
Bachelors degree in business (information technology studies a plus)
Comfort working in a fast paced, high performance, startup environment
Excellent customer facing skills
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience working in an Agile software development environment is a plus
