Product Manager OmniSYS

Responsible for the development of marketing efforts and operational management of OmniSYS Medicare and Medicaid product offerings. Oversees market research, develops competitive strategy, stays ahead of regulatory changes and identifies solutions to meet the needs of our customers. Will work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to understand the business needs and with our Requirements and Development teams to ensure successful implementations.

The Product Manager should have a minimum of 3-7 years in the healthcare industry developing products and services. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, proven management experience, cross-functional team building skills, and strategic planning/analysis skills. Candidate should also exhibit high energy and be a productive team member that is able to function at all levels of the organization. Must be detail-oriented and have ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.

Education required/ preferred:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.
Responsible for planning and analysis of business issues to be solved with automated systems and/or processes. Collaborates and gathers information with users or clients to identify, analyze, and develop systems and procedures which are cost effective, efficient, and meet the user/client requirements as well as meet regulatory guidelines. This will include documenting and designing all details of any given project that will be automated by system and/or process. Will work closely with software developers as well as the IT infrastructure and must be able to communicate clearly without losing focus on the objective(s) set forth. May lead, troubleshoot or advise various projects across various company products to address business or system related issues.

This position requires strong analytical/problem solving experience, excellent communication, and process management skills. Must be able to multi-task to meet critical deliverable dates and must be a detail-oriented, analytical and an independent thinker. Technical troubleshooting skills are a must.

Education required/ preferred:

- 1 to 3 years of System Analysis experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems is preferred.
