Jetsetter is looking for a super talented Product Manager to help reinvent the online travel booking experience. The ideal candidate will be a proven self-starter with a strong understanding of UX and solid technical experience. The successful applicant will have a solid understanding of the brand we have created over the last three years and will be excited to help take it to the next level. A passion for travel and a ?can do? approach are musts. You will be responsible for identifying long-term growth opportunities, and for overseeing the flawless design, development and implementation of new products into the Jetsetter offering.
Manage the evolution of the Jetsetter product suite to further distinguish ourselves as the leader in the online and mobile travel booking spaces
Lead the product definition by working with a cross-disciplinary team of designers, engineers and business partners that will ultimately support the product implementation (e.g. operations, customer service, etc.)
Bring structured process and operational expertize to the way in which Jetsetter develops products
Be the voice and advocate for our customers
Maintain the product and feature roadmap, managing backlog prioritization
Establish clear metrics and indicators for success
Market-sizing and competitive analysis
Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements
Clear understanding of UX design principles
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including Engineering, design, and senior leadership
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and feature concepts
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what?s necessary
4+ years product management experience in consumer-facing online commerce
