Job Description:Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical discipline and 2-3yrs experience in a technology company, in product/process development and/or product management.
Capabilities
? Analytical ? need to drive rigor in data analysis and interpretation
? Good team player and collaborator ? need to coordinate deliverables across multiple groups
? Strong technical background ? able to come up to speed on key technologies quickly
Performance Management, Advanced Products
? Understand the competitive landscape and new product revenue potential
? Participate in developing the companys technology, product and cost roadmap
? Work with engineering, marketing, ops to develop target specs for new products
? Work with product development to align specs, design options, and timeline throughout the development phase
Program Management: Drive all aspects of the Product Release Process for products in development and prototype phase
? Develop, own, and drive the timeline for each new product release from the start of development until release to pilot phase
? Monitor priorities and resources to keep the company on the timeline for release to pilot manufacturing builds
? Own the reporting and synthesis of proto build data to validate performance to spec
? Work with marketing and sales needs for early sample availability
