We are currently looking for a self-motivated product leader with a proven track record of success, and experience with reporting and analytics products. As the Product Manager, you will be defining, managing, and shepherding new features and functions for the Knowledge Force platform, leveraging:
Proprietary and 3rd Party Data Streams
Mobile User Experience
You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, with the underlying goal of developing an industry standard for customer intelligence. Your ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure that revenue and customer specific goals are met, will be a key to your success.
Communication with business and technology teams to both gather, and convey information
Comfortable meeting with clients
Ability to listen to customer needs and translate them into product requirements
Good English communication skills with the ability to write detailed specifications
Technical skills and demonstrated direct experience interacting with a technical audience, including software engineers and web developers
Ability to execute while maintaining a big picture perspective
Customer and user focus, with understanding on front-end User Experience
Strong ability to prioritize and support decision making
Comfortable working in fast-paced, entrepreneurial startup environment
A focus on B2B products
Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
Happy rolling up the sleeves, diving in, screen by screen and feature by feature
Ability to work across functions to align product needs with operational execution
Demonstrated record of success in defining and launching innovative and successful products

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or MS is a plus.
2-4 years of Product Management experience, preferably in the data analytics space
Prior experience in data driven analytics in an SaaS environment.
Experience with mobile and/or Social Media products a plus
Computer science and/or marketing background a plus
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software as means to organize and communicate product concepts, designs and requirements.
