Everyday Health will leverage its 10 years of experience providing online consumer health solutions to power the digital platform. This corporate wellness solution is in beta now and will be launching over the next few months to over 50 existing high profile clients.
Our solution blends risk stratification with personalized health plans, coaching, game mechanics, and financial incentives.
Everyday Health is seeking a dynamic and driven Product Manager for this important initiative. This is a hands-on position that requires strategic vision, excellent communication skills, talent for managing client relationships, a strong grasp of both technology and product details, and an enthusiasm and passion for all things digital. Ability to multitask, thrive in a team environment, write requirements (and execute on those requirements), build high-fidelity wireframes, scope management and prioritization is a must. Strong UX skills a bonus. This is a unique position for a self-starter who is eager to master all the key factors in product management, including working with clients and implementing projects across multiple technology teams.
Work directly with Mayo Clinic to gather requirements
Work with internal and external technology teams to implement projects
Define functional requirements for current and future products
Coordinate the collection, description, analysis and prioritization of requests for new product functionality
Experience in healthcare information, corporate wellness or software industries a plus
2 - 4 years working in a product management capacity
Experience working with a cross-functional team to launch projects
Up to date and knowledgeable about the latest trends, innovations and best practices in the interactive space
A team player and fun to work with
Ability to understand and interact with technically-oriented team members
Ability to drive rapid time-to-market while maintaining extremely high quality standards
Working knowledge of Lean/Agile software development methods preferred
A strong communicator with great written and verbal skills
