Qvidian, a market leader in cloud computing sales effectiveness applications, has an opening for a full-time, Product Manager. The Qvidian sales effectiveness platform?Sales Playbooks & Analytics, Proposal Automation, and Content Library?has increased win-rates and improved productivity for some of the world?s largest and most successful corporations. We are a privately-held company with offices in Cincinnati, Ohio and Lowell, Massachusetts, as well as sales offices in North America, the United Kingdom, and Australia. This particular position will reside in our Cincinnati, Ohio office.

The Product Manager is responsible for developing, communicating and working with other members of the Qvidian team to deliver on a vision for one or more of Qvidian?s products. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment. The Product Manager will collaborate very closely with other Qvidian teams including engineering, marketing, business development and sales to deliver quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities:

Setting product direction: Collaborate with other members of the Product Management team to define product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases for short- and long-term product goals.
Awareness: Maintain a high level of awareness of market requirements, market trends, and competitor activity.
Define business requirements: You will work directly with internal and external customers to define product requirements. You will analyze product positioning and usage patterns to develop an understanding of how best to focus and prioritize the product plan.
Designing product areas: You will collaborate with designers and software engineers to further refine and develop product ideas.
Product launches: Prepare and execute launch plans for new products and product feature enhancements; owning the product launch process in high coordination with cross functional teams; leading customer focus groups and beta programs.

Qualification Requirements:

3+ years software Product Management experience; 5-7 years overall work experience
BS/BA degree in marketing, business or computer science preferred
A track record of driving results
Multi-tasking skills?flexibility and willingness to work on and manage a variety of projects simultaneously
Exceptional verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
A can-do, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude
Excellent judgment in making trade-offs and finding simple solutions to complex problems
Experience with content management, CRM or sales software is a plus
Experience working in a dynamic Agile development environment is a plus
