Product Manager Linkwell Health

The Director, Product Development will report directly to the EO. This position is the architect for existing Linkwell products as well as future additions to our product suite. The responsibilities of the role fall into two categories:
1)Product Development of our HealthyOptions program (off and online)
You will take ownership of the current HealthyOptions product, and ensure continuous and improvement through rapid test and learn cycles. This includes:
- Owning the product end to end: Coordinating all technical, design, marketing, operational, compliance and external resources throughout the entire product cycle.
- Understanding internal and external requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap while communicating with the rest of the team.
- Owning the user experience of the product, including identifying, analysing and prioritizing new product site features.
- Project Manage integration projects with vendors or suppliers
2)B2B Product Devolvement
You will take ownership of the design and development of our HealthyOptions solution for our partnerships with health plans and consumer packaged goods clients, and ensure its success from concept to launch. This includes:
- Understanding the need of our partners and adapting our products and offerings to the specific needs, in a very consultative manner
- Acting as the voice of the customer (Health plan and CPG client), understanding their requirements and transforming them into a customized product solution
- Working closely with CEO of company developing the vision for the product and its roadmap Designing the integration elements (e.g. information flows, reporting), working closely with
technical teams while project managing the implementation and integration
Qualifications
You have previously been a Product Manager for a consumer/business facing start-up where there was a B2B integration element to the business, where you developed and delivered new products following agile or modified-agile methodologies while integrating with partners, with a proven track record. You consider yourself
- Hands-on, resourceful, a self-learner and pragmatic. We hire senior people who are expected to think AND do. We foster a very hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-dirty environment. You are self-motivated, proactive, someone who needs little direction/oversight to deliver on time and budget. You like challenges and are focused on results and getting things done.
- You strive for design perfection but love to release and iterate
- You are familiar with typical early stage start-up needs and potential solutions, leveraging open source, off the shelf and commercially available products.
- Knowledgeable of end-to-end UI/UX design and implementation processes from customer research, to technology delivery and testing
- Very analytically oriented, used to do A/B testing, establishing metrics , applying quantitative and qualitative usability testing, traffic flow and interaction analysis to continually inform and improve the user experience.
- Excellent understanding of consumer internet and direct response marketing
Preferred experience in one or both of the following fields
- Consumer packaged goods
- Healthcare/wellness
