Position Overview:
PulsePoint Exchange offers programmatic trading via Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and represents PulsePoint?s fastest growing line of business, with IDC projecting industry spend will quadruple in 2012, growing to a $5 Billion annual segment by 2015. Interesting facts about the PulsePoint Exchange:

The Product Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our RTB Exchange product and platform. This will include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with services, product development, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The product manager will also perform qualitative and quantitative research with existing customers and potential prospects. This includes on-going technology assessment within the context of the competitive landscape and analysis of product acceptance/usage. Based on market-driven feedback from customers and prospects, the Product Manager will assist in creating the product road map, and write clear business requirements for new products/features. The Product Manager will work closely with product development to define the contents and delivery of product releases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Help define the product strategy and roadmap
Define business goals and KPIs to measure success for engagement
Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to develop new products, site features and functionality that will help to lift overall engagement
Analyze site metrics using data to support new initiatives and concepts, as well as set targets and measure key metrics to assess ongoing performance
Create product requirements and functional specs for new projects, teaming with relevant business partners where appropriate
Develop pricing and packaging strategies
Team with technology and internal stakeholders to successfully deliver new initiatives and products
Work closely with the team to develop tools and training
Develop subject matter expertise in programmatic trading in digital advertising
Qualification/Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in product management for an Advertising ?Technology product line.
BA/BS required, MS/MBA a plus.
Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.
Proven experience working with engineering teams to define requirements and deliver superior product s.
Excellent skills in understanding user experience and user interface best practices (web and mobile).
Proven ability to understand drivers of the business to prioritize product requirements and road map.
