We are looking for a talented Product Manager to work with our team of engineers and designers to drive innovation and executive product initiatives across Schoology's web product.

Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features for the Schoology web product
- Manage specifications, prioritize features, build consensus and coordinate product schedules
- Facilitate communication throughout the development process between internal teams including engineering, design, sales/marketing, support, executive and others
- Understand Schoology's strategic and competitive position to deliver features that are recognized as best in the industry
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of new features
- Maximize efficiency within the production process
Requirements
- At least 3 years of product management, product design or product development experience
- Experience working with developers and consumer facing products
- Exceptional organizational, written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand complex systems/data
- Understanding of the technical architecture of web applications and other web technologies
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field is ideal
