You?ll be working with cross-functional groups to build and support strategic planning, engineering deliverables, sales and business development strategies as well as business plans. You will work with leading healthcare institutions across the globe to uncover their needs and develop novel approaches to create value for the industry?s stakeholders. Key Responsibilities include:
Market research and competitive analysis working with product marketing
Customer needs identification, solution envisioning and collaboration to develop product direction and solution packaging
?Go to Market? strategies to optimize pricing, licensing, channel and partner approaches
Develop and manage direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure the business solutions are aligned with their goals and priorities
Work with Analyst team to define scenarios, prioritize them and hand off to engineering teams to define specific requirements and feature delivery
Drive the prioritization process by which decisions are made around the overall project/release scope
Create and maintain a cohesive, coordinated plan to deliver solutions that meet stakeholders priorities within budgetary and product requirements
Collaborate with business partners to find alternatives and solutions to business challenges
Make scope/schedule/resources trade-off decisions with little or no guidance
Demonstrate a sound understanding of how the overall business solution is positioned, deployed and supported
Evangelize business benefits and influence project team priorities as well as to resolve project issues
Support key sales situations as a product and solution expert
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years Product Management experience - understanding of and experience in product management methodologies and techniques including business case development for product investments
Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare software field focusing on solution delivery
The candidate must possess a strong understanding of business process excellence, have worked in high-profile or high-visibility situations, and be comfortable working with a wide spectrum of customers/partners
Excellent oral & written communication skills targeted to varying audiences
Ability to work independently in a cross functional, matrix environment
Ability to interact with senior level customers (internal and external) in a successful and effective manner
A BS computer science, MBA, or clinical degree with equivalent relevant work experience is required
