Azimuth?s real world test solutions enable research, development, QA and marketing engineers to
test the performance, conformance and certification of broadband wireless devices and networks
supporting data, voice and video applications.
Job Description
Azimuth?s Product Managers are responsible for driving Azimuth?s corporate vision of Real World
Test into all aspects of product definition, design, delivery and support. Cross-functional
organizations support the product manager?s strategic efforts. Product Managers at Azimuth are the
technical and domain experts for the company and regularly interact with the market place. They
are responsible for increasing the revenue of existing products, and developing new products for the
company. They build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on industry
experience and from regular contact with customers and partners. They possess a unique blend of
business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. They
enjoy spending time in the market to understand customer?s thorniest problems that appear to be
impossible to solve, and then achieve great satisfaction in finding innovative solutions for the broader
market.
Azimuth Systems is seeking an energetic team player looking to have a broad impact on all aspects of
Azimuth?s business. We are seeking an individual with extensive experience in hardware / firmware
development and product management to help drive Azimuth?s products into the market place and
to help drive Azimuth?s strategic vision as the company continues to accelerate its growth well into
the future. This position will report to the Director of Marketing and will be based in Acton, MA.
Domestic and International travel will be required.
Responsibilities
? Manage and own the entire product life cycle for Azimuth?s hardware platforms including
channel emulators
? Responsible to define, prioritize and manage development of new products
? Responsible to define, prioritize and develop new features for existing products
? Manage the strategic roadmap for assigned products and platforms
? Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all functions to
executeAzimuth Systems, Inc.

? Act as the technical evangelist to the market place for the product; providing product
presentations to various customers and prospects
? Analyze and recommend potential partner relationships for all products
Qualifications
? Considerable domain expertise in the cellular ecosystem
? Knowledge and Understanding of two or more of the following areas:
o RF System Design
o Wireless Channel Models
o 2G/3G/4G Protocol Stacks
o Wireless Network Architecture and Planning
? Solid understanding of product management and systems engineering best practices
? A thorough understanding of the complete product life cycle
? Strong and creative problem solving skills.
? 3-5 years of Product Management experience
? BSc. in Electrical Engineering
Desirable
? Experience with either infrastructure testing, device testing, or drive testing
? MSc. Electrical Engineering
Personal Traits
The qualified candidate should have experience in development and/or test engineering, be selfmotivated, and willing to work independently in a fast paced, growing small company
environment.
