About the Opportunity ?The role of a product manager is a strategic and critical function at Andera that operates at the heart of the organization's innovation engine and acts as an entrepreneur that wears many hats to deliver value to our industry.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team as we seek to continue to disrupt the traditional ways that financial institutions approach customer acquisition in a multi-device/omnichannel environment. ?
About the Responsibilities
? Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
? Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going conversations with customers and prospects.
? Drive to a solution set across teams including engineering, implementations, marketing, and sales through market requirements, pricing models, and positioning.
? Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
? Conduct build vs. partner analysis and develop recommendations related to product line as needed.
? Provide support to the various client-facing teams on product related questions.
? You have prior experience managing SaaS products and services in the context of a financial technology organization.
? You are passionate about the role of technology in facilitating business processes and are constantly evolving your understanding/knowledge of emerging technologies in addition to developments within the financial services industry through active engagement within your domain community.
? You believe in the ancient art of getting things done and done well with the goal of going above and beyond consistently.
? You are familiar with pragmatic marketing framework and Lean Startup concepts and actually enjoy it.
? You will have 2 years of experience working within the financial services industry, preferably with some background working directly with Banks and/or Credit Unions or financial technology companies.
? You will also have at least 1 year of experience in a product management capacity, building external products.
A big plus if you have:
Prior experience working directly with CORE service providers such as Jack Henry, FIS, or Harland.
Knowledge of lending origination systems or processes with practical work experience behind it.
