Summary:
The Product Manager, Provider Services will be the business owner of physician-facing products through the entire development cycle, including market research, requirements gathering and documentation, design, QA, release and continuous usability testing. Candidates must have Product Management experience with web and/or mobile applications and a strong desire to create best-in-class products for the healthcare space.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and document Product Requirements (PRDs) based on market research
Work with UX Designers to create best-in-class user experience for HCP products
Translate requirements into ?stories? for development team to execute (familiarity with Agile development methodologies a plus)
Coordinating QA cycles to ensure thorough testing of all products for all channels of distribution
Work with research data from usability studies to spec and deliver enhancements to the products
Act as a liaison to Program Management to ensure that all client deliverables are met and all client feedback is addressed
Provide regular updates to management on product schedules and releases
Requirements:
Strong Product Management experience with web and/or mobile applications (experience in healthcare a plus)
Ability to create Product Requirements Documents and translate into clear deliverables for development team
Passion for solving tough product problems and learning from data
Ability to present product plans to internal stakeholders and other team members to gather feedback
Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Education and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's degree
3-5 years Product Management experience
Experience in healthcare is a plus
