Product Manager klout

We?re looking for a Product Manager who can help drive the creation of new features for Klout's products! The Product Manager will add experience, direction, and measurable performance to the product roadmap, work closely with platform engineering, product design, and teams throughout the company to help define Klout's products.Responsibilities:
Understand Klout's strategic and competitive position, and work to define and deliver the best products which maintain, shape, and improve that position
Inform product roadmap with new, justifiable ideas to enhance existing functionality or introduce new feature
Write specifications, prioritize features, build consensus and coordinate product schedules with a team of world-class engineers
Facilitate communication throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams including: engineering, design, operations, marketing, PR, support, executive, and others
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to ensure products satisfy customer needs
Maximize efficiency in a constantly changing and growing environment where the process is fluid, creative, and unique solutions are desired
Here?s what you need to have:
2-5 years of experience in product management
Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming customer needs into an actionable product vision and requirements definition
Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great products
Experience with multivariate testing
Strong organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail
Experience building an end-to-end product with a demonstrated capacity for defining market fit, success metrics, prioritization and go-to-market strategy
Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market
BA/BS degree
Extra Credit:

Previous start-up experience is a strong plus
