Primary Responsibilities
Develop detailed product requirements documentation for new and existing ON24 products
Manage product planning and rollout timelines
Monitor, analyze, document, and maintain product enhancements and change requests
Provide product support and training to sales and internal support personnel
Support sales and marketing teams in the development of product-related collateral
Act as a liaison between customers, software engineering, and internal support staff to identify, resolve, and prevent issues as they relate to the use of ON24's products and services
Maintain and update product documentation for use by customers, sales, and client support personnel for both product enhancements and new product rollouts
Essential Experience
Possess a unique blend of business and technical expertise
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably with data-systems or programming background.
4 - 6 years of product management experience
Experience in development, documentation, and support of SAAS applications
Experience writing user documentation and product specifications
Experience with Agile software development methodologies
Essential Skills
Strong Internet and web technology skills, including user-interface design requirements
Strong planning, organization, and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work effectively with various internal departments and with clients in a collaborative work environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
