Product Manager
The MuleSoft Products team is looking for talented individuals with a passion for driving new products and product capabilities from initial definition of requirements to successful packaging and delivery of product releases. The ideal candidate must know the difference between good products and great products and show they can communicate and work cross functionally to deliver a great product to market. They also must be passionate about becoming an expert in the application and data integration space while also following trends and spotting opportunities in adjacent markets including big data, social enterprise, cloud platforms, and enterprise software.
MuleSoft has a growing portfolio of successful products that you would contribute to. We are seeking product managers, regardless of years of experience, in the areas of:
â- Core integration tools and technology
â- Cloud and SaaS API connectors
â- SOA and Enterprise Application Integration
â- Cloud-based end-user applications to integrate data & processes
â- Enterprise integration solutions (SAP, Healthcare, Salesforce.com)
POSITION DETAILS:
â- Work with the engineering, user experience, & marketing teams to deliver products with input gathered from customers, users, prospects, internal experts & related stakeholders
â- Communicate a product vision through detailed, written product requirement and roadmap documents and presentations
â- Maintain an agile product backlog, closely monitoring the product delivery and providing feedback on product requirements and user experience
â- Maintaining a status dashboard for all product portfolio products and releases
â- Create innovative, user driven designs for simple, yet powerful solutions that scale across large markets
â- Meet with customers, users, prospects, partners &industry analysts to discuss vision of the market, product roadmap & competitive differentiation
â- Writing and recording articles, data sheets, white papers, blogs, how-to videos, demos, etc.
â- Represent MuleSoft as a domain and product expert at user groups, webinars, customer summits, industry and corporate events
â- Become the market expert for all things integration - clearly understanding market drivers and the relevant and competitive technology landscape
POSITION DELIVERABLES:
â- Learn about integration challenges in the Cloud & SaaS - identify opportunities to productize solutions
â- Become and expert on what the proliferation of APIs means for integration
â- Learn and apply monetization strategies for enterprise open source software
â- Become the market expert for all things integration - clearly understanding market drivers and the relevant and competitive technology landscape
