Redfin's mission is to change the real estate game in the consumer's favor. We?re seeking a talented Product Manager to help us build the best home-buying and home-selling experience on the planet. The Search Product Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Redfin.com search user experience, ensuring that our site is as delightful to use on a widescreen desktop as it is in the mobile browser. You?ll make sure that every buyer and seller that lands on our site is drawn in, and drive the vision on how we can take the home buying experience to the next level. As product manager, you will:
Connect the dots: talk to customers, flesh out what they love and hate, tell execs, go to the business and get it done.
Change the business: working cross-functionally to improve process, working elbow to elbow with execs & marketing to drive the product road map.
Freely communicate your sweet ideas: creating wireframes & specs to get feature ideas generated, agreement hammered out and said sweetness, built.
Ship killer software: Partner with engineering to ensure Redfin products are built to spec. Make tough calls to maximize quality for the customer.
Think Holistically: Design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements.
